Modules missing from Win32 installation

I'm trying to get IRC Services running on my Windows machine, and as I was going through the config files, I noticed...there are no modules.

I'm not sure where in the directory structure they're supposed to be, but there is oper.sdb or any of the other module .sdb files anywhere within the IRCservices installation directory, or anywhere on my computer for that matter.

For reference, the Win32 installer I used came from this thread, and I'm running UnrealIRCd v3.2.7.

Help would be much appreciated.
